The Camping and Caravanning Weekend 2010
This year's weekend broke away from tradition, instead of being
held over the May Day Bank Holiday, it was on the August bank Holiday,
Friday 27th - Monday 30th August at the Camping and Caravanning Club
Site at Oswestry.
Rachel and David were in their caravan with their useful awning, Jo
and Ann, Chas, Chris and Jenny, Kerrie and the boys, Gerry camping under
canvas. We were also joined for some of the time by Alan, Ruth, John and
Pauline who stayed in a nearby guesthouse.
The customary barbeque, famous for lots of food and plenty to drink
took place on the Saturday evening along with final get together
meal at a nearby pub restaurant.
