St. John's has undergone some redevelopment work in order to improve our facilities and worship.  There were three main areas of work:

• The Organ - Our traditional pipe organ had become too uneconomical to repair. To replace it with another pipe organ would have been too expensive and so we have installed a Makin Digital instrument.
• The Church - In order to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act and to allow easy access for all around our beautiful church, stone ramps have been created and levelling of floors where necessary carried out.
• The Hall & Choir Vestry - This was the major area of work and involved creating a new kitchen area, wider access doors, replacing the the room dividers and an office.
